Meet the Chef - Adelina Vazquez
Adelina Vazquez serves as the Executive Chef for the Simmons University community, creating exceptional plated meals and orchestrating high‑end receptions for guests, students, and partners throughout the Greater Boston area. Adelina inspires our culinary team to deliver exceptional offerings and serve students with unwavering quality and care.
Originally from Chicago, she discovered her passion for cooking by watching her grandmother prepare traditional Puerto Rican dishes during family Sunday dinners. Her favorite childhood meal was Bacalao, a salted cod fish stew rich in heritage and flavor. Adelina joined the Aramark family in 2013 and moved to Boston in 2017. Outside the kitchen, she enjoys fishing and spending time around bonfires with friends.

Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accommodate last-minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
